Tom, did I read somewhere that you had to go and buy 1/8 to brace? What gives? Did someone here at Railroad Kits forget those? Some heads are gonna roll if so...

Jimmy,

Yes, you read it this morning on the parlor car.

No big deal! [-x [-x I was going to do the bracing yesterdeay and there was an abundance (two bundles) of 3/32" stripwood but no 1/8" stuff! I picked some up this afternoon and will brace the walls this evening, in fact, I've got them half done.

I'll add to the thread this evening as well.

toad suck canning co....thanks for posting a picture of the original kit. It was a great design and catches your interest when you see it. People want piers and water on a layout edge.

Slim,

Thanks for the reminder. The structure has one sub assembly with the board and batton walls. I'll handle this like I did on the Middletown Station thread and as you did on your build!

Light coming from the inside and out a crack in the doors or windows will most definitely make a great model look very badly built.

Tom, sorry for getting your build thread off on a tangent, but anytime this kit name is mentioned, it seems to bring
up a lot of comments. Maybe Jimmy needs to buy this name to use as an option on his Boilermakers.
ToadSuck Brewery - yeah, that sounds good! =)) =))
Actually kinda curious if the name ToadSuck is copy-writed.

David, Mike and others-

No problem with the topic. I don't feel the thread has been hijacked or anything. It's all part of this great hobby!
